Located just outside Fordingbridge and within the National Park boundary, this detached bungalow offers a cosy and comfortable holiday base. A footpath runs from just outside the gate up to the nearby Sandy Balls Nature Reserve and Campsite where, for a modest daily fee, visitors have the use of a wide range of activities from swimming pool to gym and cycle hire to river fishing on the Hampshire Avon (some restrictions apply during summer holidays). It is just over a mile to either the heart of Fordingbridge or to open forest.

Accommodation: 6 plus 1 Beamed sitting-dining room with patio doors, colour television, video and DVD players.
Kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge and washing-machine/tumble drier.
Inner hallway.
Bedroom one - 4ft 6" double bed and ensuite shower wet-room with shower, basin and w.c.
Bedroom two - one 4ft 6" double bed and bunk beds (suitable for children or small adults).
Both bedrooms have colour television and DVD player.
